FACILITIES
The SHARE Centre has the following facilities:
Café & Kichen – £12.50
Our kitchen is fully equipped to professional standards and our cafe, which can sit up to 12 people, is an informal restaurant within the SHARE Centre. Four folding baby chairs are also available should you need one.
Vinci Room – £11.00
Size (to the nearest foot)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 17 x 14 ft
The Vinci Room is our boardroom-style meeting room with a pleasant bay window providing loads of natural light. It is equipped with a large boardroom-style table that comfortably sits ten people.
Additional equipment available:
– projector (with USB, DVD or laptop capabilities) and screen
– flipchart
Common uses for the Vinci Room:
– Board and Management Committee meetings
– Planning and team meetings for up to ten people
– Private consultations
– Courses and activities such as Child Psychology, Parentcraft/Nurturing, Employability Workshops, Confidence and Motivation, ESOL classes, FAN Group meetings
Gwynllyw Room – £11.00
Size (to the nearest foot)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 16 x 16 ft
The Gwynllyw Room is our most flexible small meeting/activity room in that it has no permanent equipment in place. Depending on your requirements, it can be used either open plan or equipped with tables and chairs. It seats a maximum of twelve people comfortably.

– Tables and chairs
– Projector (with USB, DVD or laptop capabilities) and screen
– Flipchart
Common uses for the Gwynllyw Room:
-Â After School Club
– Planning and team meetings for up to twelve people
-Â Craft Clubs
– Meditation classes
– Private consultations
– Courses and activities such as Child Psychology, Employability Workshops, Confidence and Motivation, ESOL, Arts and Crafts
The Gwynllyw Room also acts as a crèche facility where the numbers do not warrant use of a room the size of the Main Hall.
Hall – £12.50
Size (to the nearest foot)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 31 x 29 ft
The Hall is a large, flexible space with no permanent equipment in place. Depending on your requirements, it can be used either open plan or equipped with tables and chairs, either in boardroom or classroom style. It can comfortably seat a maximum of sixty people (without tables) or forty people (with tables)

– Tables and chairs
– Projector (with USB, DVD or laptop capabilities) and screen
– Flipchart
– Playmats and a large selection of toys (for crèches)
Common uses for the Hall:
– Activities such as, Tai Chi, Yoga, Youth Club etc
– Planning and team meetings for up to forty people
– Presentations
– Open days
– Film showings
– Private parties
– Local Partnership Board meetings
– PACT meetings
The Hall also acts as our main crèche facility.
I.T. SUITE – £11.00
Size (to the nearest foot)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 21 x 16 ft
Our I.T. Suite is equipped with eight modern desktop PCs, all with Microsoft Vista and Office Suite, fast internet access and a networked printer. It is a drop-in facility with free PC access (although we do charge for printing) and is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

– Headphones
– Various pre-installed software packages
Common uses for the I.T. Suite:
-Â CV writing workshops
– Job Club
– IT Skills courses
– Drop-in use
Should you get into any difficulties whilst using our computers, there is always on-site support available for you.
Table and chair hire
If you have the space but not the furniture, you can also hire tables and chairs from us. We have numerous chairs available in different styles and colours and folding-leg tables.
